Paintings

My paintings are created in response to the movement and shaping qualities of water. Most were made outside in coastal locations, with material from the landscape incorporated into the paint: sand from the Vendée coast in France and north Cornwall, stone dust from the Portland stone quarries in Dorset, silt from Oxford’s rivers.
